Chapeau bas! Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") for the Chapeau bas! EC Shop (hereinafter referred to as "this service") that it operates. In addition, anyone who uses this service (hereinafter referred to as "user") is deemed to have agreed to the following conditions.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 Scope and Changes of These Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Company and users regarding the use of the Service. The Company may change the contents of these terms and conditions at its discretion without prior notice to users if any of the following items apply. Changes will be announced on the website or in a manner that the Company deems appropriate, and the changes will take effect at the time of such announcement or posting.

Chapter 2 Use of Services

Article 3 Prohibited Matters

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts:

- Submitting false registration details when using the service
- Any act that may interfere with the operation of this service or cause other problems to this service
- Using the Service with a fraudulent credit card
- Unauthorized use of email addresses and passwords
- Any act that causes or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties or our company
- Any act that infringes or may infringe on the copyright, privacy or other rights of other users, third parties or our company.
- Any act that violates public order and morals or other laws and regulations, or that may be likely to do so.
- Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 Copyright

Users may not use any information provided through this service outside the scope of copyright restrictions, such as personal personal copying permitted by the Copyright Act, without obtaining permission from the rights holder. If a problem occurs due to a violation of the provisions of this article, the user shall resolve such problem at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.

Chapter 3 Purchasing Products

Article 5 Purchase of Products

Users can use this service to purchase products or services (hereinafter referred to as "Products, etc.") from our company. When a user wishes to purchase a Product, etc., the user must apply to purchase the Product or use the service in accordance with the ordering method specified by our company. A sales contract for the applicable product, etc., shall be concluded between the user and our company when the formal order procedure is completed for the application in the preceding paragraph. However, this shall not apply if the credit card company designated by the user notifies us of a default. If necessary, our company may contact the user by phone to confirm the payment method and order details. If, during this phone call, we inform our company that the user's order is accepted, the sales contract shall be concluded regardless of the above. "Formal completion of order procedure" shall be at each of the following times according to the payment method selected by the user. For all payment methods including credit card, XXX, and XXX, the time when the user receives order acceptance from our company. Upon completion of the above formal order procedure, production will begin for made-to-order products, and shipping procedures will begin for other products. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in relation to the use of this service, our company may cancel or terminate the sales contract, or take other appropriate measures.

Article 6 Payment Method

The payment amount for the product, etc. will be the total of the product purchase price, including consumption tax, and handling fee. Payment for the products, etc. purchased through this service must be made by a payment method approved by our company. If you pay by credit card, you will be subject to the terms of a separate contract between you and your credit card company. If a dispute arises between you and the credit card company, etc., the matter will be resolved between the two parties.

Article 7 Delivery of Products

Products can only be delivered to addresses within Japan. (We may not be able to deliver to the Izu Islands and some other islands because we cannot use the payment methods we accept.) For details on delivery time, date and time designation, and other shipping conditions, please refer to this This is set out separately in the "Usage Guide" on the service website. If you do not receive the product within the period, your order will be canceled. If you have not received any contact from us within 7 days of placing your order and the product has not been delivered, please contact us by email.

Article 8. Return of Products, etc.

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In addition, if any of the following conditions apply, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the product has been shipped.
・Products used
・Products that have been scratched or damaged due to reasons beyond our control
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
・Pre-order items and custom order items
・Returns due to personal reasons
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to slight differences in product size or color.

Article 9 Disclaimer regarding Products

Any guarantees for products sold through this service shall be in accordance with our company's regulations unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee the quality, performance, compatibility with other products, or any other aspects of the products sold through this service other than those specified by our company. Our company shall be exempt from liability (in the case of troubles due to unknown delivery addresses, etc.) by contacting the contact information registered by the member, delivering the product to the address specified at the time of purchase, or electronically transmitting the product to the address registered by the member using a method specified by our company. Regardless of the legal grounds for claims, our company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or disadvantages related to the use of this service or the products sold through this service under any circumstances other than those specified in the previous article.

Chapter 4 Operation of the Service

Article 10 Maintenance of the Service

In order to maintain the smooth operation of the Service, we reserve the right to suspend provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in any of the following cases:
1. Regular and emergency system maintenance
2. When it becomes difficult to operate the system due to fire, power outage, interference by a third party, etc.
3. Any other case in which the Company determines it is unavoidable to suspend the system.

Article 11 Other Disclaimers

Our company shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the user's inability to use this service. Our company shall be exempt from liability by processing business affairs in accordance with the user's registration details. If a user causes damages to other users or third parties by using this service, the user shall resolve the matter at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any inconvenience to our company.

Article 12 Other

In principle, communication between the Company and users shall be by email. If a problem arises regarding the use of this service that cannot be resolved by these Terms of Use or the Company's guidance, the Company and the user shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue. In the event that a lawsuit becomes necessary regarding the use of this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
